TUITION
ISST-Approved training for standard and advanced individual and couples schema therapy, delivered identically to every participant. Tuition is calibrated to local cost of living so that a clinician in Lagos, Kyiv, or Mumbai trains alongside one in New York or London, in the same room, on the same material, toward the same certification.
A CORE VALUE
Imagine a clinical case discussion where every voice in the room trained in the same city, treated the same population, and learned the same shortcuts. The case unfolds neatly. Everyone nods. And the most important question, the one a clinician from a different context would have asked, is never spoken.
That quiet ease is a clinical risk. Pattern recognition, the engine of expert practice, is built from the cases you have seen and the cases your colleagues bring you. A cohort trained in one setting sees one slice of human suffering. A cohort drawn from Lagos, Buenos Aires, Kyiv, Manila, and New York sees something closer to the full range. The schemas show up dressed differently. The coping styles wear local clothes. The therapy gets sharper because the case material is varied enough to be real.
This is the practical case for varied perspectives, made without slogans. Cohorts with different backgrounds, languages, and clinical contexts question the assumptions every clinician carries in unexamined. They surface the cultural defaults hiding inside our case formulations. They make supervision more rigorous, not more comfortable. And they protect each participant from the slow, invisible drift toward groupthink that quietly narrows what a therapist is capable of seeing.
Our regional tuition model is the mechanism. The cohort is the outcome. The clinician you become inside it, sharper, more cross-culturally fluent, less easily fooled by your own assumptions, is the reason.
